The North San Diego County Promise is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3), San-Diego-County-inclusive, collective-impact partnership that is united by a shared vision of all youth and adults reaching their fullest potential in grade school, college, career and life.  Our intentionally collaborative, equity-focused and data-informed work empowers community members and expands success pathways.  The North San Diego County Promise brings together organizations representing education, business, non-profit, government and faith-based communities, to strategically and efficiently align programs, services and resources to improve the social, emotional, academic and professional success of youth and adults throughout our region.  Our collective efforts are focused on inclusionary systems change and ensuring our marginalized communities have equitable access to educational, economic and life opportunities.
