The North San Diego County Promise is committed to advancing workforce development by:

• Collectively organizing public, private and non-profit stakeholders to advocate for resources, jobs and support services to address employment needs in North San Diego County;

• Assisting agencies and organizations that serve diverse populations of clients who are faced with  challenges and barriers to employment, including low-income status, limited English proficiency, racial and/or ethnic discrimination, physical and mental health conditions and homelessness; and

• Linking partner organizations to appropriate workforce development resources, programming and funding support.
